1. Nature of Purchases

All payments to Mango Studios Limited t/a CraftYourTown ("CraftYourTown") are for virtual currency or services provided within the CraftYourTown server. These items are digital, hold no monetary value outside the server, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other tangible goods.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

• All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued except as outlined in these terms.
• Refunds for issues such as server lag, game glitches, or other technical problems are granted at the sole discretion of the CraftYourTown Management Team.
• If you are banned from the server for violating CraftYourTown’s rules, you are not eligible for a refund.
• CraftYourTown reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove purchased virtual currency, services, or in-game items (including those bought with virtual currency) at any time without prior notice.

3. Applicability of Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK)

As all purchases on the CraftYourTown server involve virtual currency or digital items, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or similar consumer protection legislation does not apply to these transactions. Virtual currency is consumed immediately upon use within the server, has no value outside the platform, and is provided under these specific Terms of Service, which you agree to at the time of purchase. Consequently, statutory rights such as the right to a refund or cancellation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply.

4. Server Access and Availability

• There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the CraftYourTown server.
• If the server ceases operation, all virtual currency or services purchased will be forfeited without compensation.
• Server rules and punishments are enforced at the discretion of CraftYourTown administrators and may be updated at any time without notice.

5. Subscription Payments

• Some purchases may involve recurring payments (e.g., Reference Transactions) through PayPal or other payment providers.
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your PayPal Pre-Approved Payments settings, online banking, or by contacting your bank.
• Upon cancellation, your purchased rank or benefits will remain active until the subscription’s expiry date, unless you request otherwise.

6. Privacy Policy

Mango Studios Limited t/a CraftYourTown is committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the purchase process will be used solely to process your order and will not be sold, shared, or redistributed to third parties, except as required by law.
